Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change and you may want to return your order and apply for a refund – we’ve made sure that this process is as simple as it can be. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We allow 28 days after receipt of your order to return it to us for any reason. In the first instance please email enquiries@tysrgroup.com and let us know of your intention to return your purchase.
- The product that you return must be in ‘as new’ condition including all packaging. We’ll refund you minus any postage costs (£5) once the item has been received back by us.
- When you return an item we cannot be responsible for any items that get lost in the post. For this reason we would recommend that you use a service such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery which ensures that the item is both tracked and signed for. This service also offers you a level of insurance, should for any reason the item not reach us.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the instructions are followed and the kit registered as requested. We are not liable for any delays or discrepancies due to this process not being followed. This will result in no refund being given.
- If for any reason you have a need to return an item that is not in “as new” condition then we may return the item to you, or only offer a partial refund.
- We do not offer part refunds on samples not used, unless agreed prior to purchase.
Order Cancellation & Address Amendment Policy
Once an order has been placed, you have a 30-minute window to request a cancellation or amend your shipping address.
After 30 minutes, your order will begin processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled. All orders will be shipped to the original address provided at checkout.
We are unable to issue refunds or make changes for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted with your order. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
If you no longer need your order once it has been delivered, you may still request a refund in line with our standard refund policy.
