With us being online you can purchase products from our website 24/7. However our offices & laboratories are only open on working days (Monday - Friday) from 9am until 5pm.
Order Cut-offs - Orders placed before 3pm (mon-fri) will be dispatched the same day. Order after this time will be sent the following working day. e.g if you ordered at 4pm on a Friday your order would be dispatched on Monday.
Testing Cut-offs - Samples received by the laboratory before 2pm will be processed within 24hrs, if the sample is recevied after this time it may be delayed to the following 24hrs (whilst every effort is made to process it as soon as possible)
Public Holidays - Our laboratories do not operate on public / bank holidays, its also worth noting that days surrounding bank holidays are usually very busy with the postal services and delays are common. We always recommend sending your samples to us via a tracked service to ensure they're not delayed.

We don't have a telephone line so you won't be able to contact us via telephone this is because our team are hands on and not often at a desk available to take calls. Rest assured our customer support team are on-hand 9am-5pm ready to respond to your enquiries.
