When the sample arrives at our facility* it will be automatically fast tracked with same day testing. You are guaranteed to receive your results by 5pm**.

Our lab is only open Mon-Friday 9am-5pm and so the sample must arrive with us within the opening hours in order to be guaranteed same day sampling.
* You will need to take your sample to the post office before the next day delivery cut off to ensure the sample arrives with us the next day.
